November Employee of the Month

Johnstown Pointe would like to introduce our November Employee of the Month, Krista Sanders!

Krista has been an STNA at Johnstown Pointe since the first day she joined our team! Her first job in healthcare was at our sister facility, Country View of Sunbury, where she was also an Aide. She chose to work as a nursing assistant because she likes making an impact on patients' lives through care. She says, “I do it with integrity and love," and describes her career in healthcare as rewarding and fun!



Krista's favorite thing about her career is providing the best care and bonding with her residents. She shared, “making them happy is rewarding for me.” She loves working with her residents around the holidays and making memories with them. “It is like having a big family to spend the holidays with!”

Krista’s favorite hobbies include photography and traveling. She loves capturing pretty scenery. Some of her favorite travel destinations are Florida or Old Man’s Cave during the fall to observe the unique landscape. She loves college football (OSU, of course) and the Bengals. Lastly, she passionately loves to decorate and has a love for antiques and vintage things.
